Tool settings

TXT extracts an existing text layer. Scans without text need OCR, which is not included. Reading order depends on the PDF structure.

How to use

  1. Choose one PDF and a format: JPG, PNG or TXT text.
  2. Specify pages, for example “1–3, 7”. For images, choose a resolution from 100 to 200 DPI.
  3. Export the pages. One image downloads individually, multiple images in a ZIP; text is combined in a TXT file.

Formats and output

Input: PDF. Output: JPG, PNG, an image ZIP or UTF-8 text. An empty range means all pages.

TXT extracts only an existing text layer. A scan without one needs OCR. Extracted text order depends on PDF structure.

Transparent by design

Libraries: pdfjs-dist, jszip. Code and libraries are served from this same site. Versions, licenses & source code.

Limits depend on device memory, browser format support and the input file. Originals are not modified.

Offline access

Pages and tools are saved in this browser for the current domain. No file is created in your Downloads folder.

Checking the offline copy…

Your files, passwords and entered data are not included. The browser may remove the copy when site data is cleared or storage is low.
