Tool settings

How to use

  1. Choose a JPG, PNG or WebP screenshot or photo containing one clearly visible QR code.
  2. Click “Read QR code”. If no code is found, crop the image around it first.
  3. Read or copy the decoded text. Links do not open automatically.

Formats and output

Input: an image containing a QR code. Output: its raw text, including a URL, Wi-Fi or vCard.

Things to consider

Decoding does not confirm a link is safe. Check the address before opening it; small, blurred or obscured codes may not decode.

Limits depend on device memory, browser format support and the input file. Originals are not modified.

Offline access

Pages and tools are saved in this browser for the current domain. No file is created in your Downloads folder.
