Toolsiano processes images, PDFs, passwords and QR codes on your device. File contents and form inputs are not uploaded.

Local processing, open code

The server delivers a static application. No libraries, fonts or code are loaded from external CDNs. There are no analytics, pageview counters, session recordings, advertising pixels or visitor identifiers.

Zero-Knowledge here describes local-processing architecture. It is not a cryptographic zero-knowledge proof or a guarantee of device security.

What is stored in the browser

Only the chosen theme is saved in localStorage. Files and results remain in tab memory; downloaded results are saved to your device. The offline cache contains only app resources.

How to verify

Open DevTools → Network.
Choose a test file and perform an operation. Its contents should not appear in network requests.
Download an offline copy using the button below and wait for confirmation.
Disconnect the network, open a tool and repeat the operation.

Libraries, licenses and source

Security boundaries

The server and hosting provider can technically see network requests and IP addresses. Access logging is disabled in the supplied configuration. Infrastructure settings need separate review.

Browser extensions, malware, the system clipboard and downloaded files are outside the app’s control. Metadata removal does not hide information in pixels. A watermark does not remove PDF text and is not an electronic signature.

Device resources

Up to 25 MB per file, 30 files and 100 MB of input per task. Narrow screens allow up to 12 megapixels and 50 PDF pages; other screens up to 24 megapixels and 100 pages. These are safety limits, not a guarantee of sufficient memory.

Files are processed sequentially. PDF thumbnails load as you scroll. OCR and HEIC are not included in this release. Close the tab to stop processing.

Cleanup

Remove the theme and offline copy via browser settings → site data → clear data. Clearing results releases references to processed files.
